Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support the practice onsite. The schedule consists of 4,10-hour days (Monday through Friday) from 7:30am to 6:00pm. These team members serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. This role is primarily focused on front desk support and answering phones with a mix of administration support as well!
We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
