Job Summary
As part of our mission to support our patients and provide value, the MGB Digital Enterprise Analytics team is hiring a Product Manager to oversee the PHSO portfolio. The PHSO department at Mass General Brigham is charged with the challenge to drive better value for patients by building high-quality, cost-efficient care models. PHSO leverages financial and clinical data to examine opportunities to design and deliver innovative care models to drive ongoing improvements. The portfolio includes initiatives for Care Management, Performance Management, Quality and Risk Capture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Data and Analytics, Product Management, Healthcare, and/or aligned field
- Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs to technical requirements. Clear communication to business and technical leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to communicate technology strategy approach to engineers, executives, and customers proficiency in conflict management, negotiation, and presentation/demonstration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent team and relationship building abilities, with both internal and external parties (engineers, business stakeholders, partners, etc.).
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain keen attention to detail.
- Results driven-sets aggressive goals and is accountable for continuously driving improved outcomes, leads change, and ensures high standards
- Strong creative problem solving with ability to craft MGB-specific solutions to meet the wide range of business needs across the organization
- Experience with Agile and Scrum preferred
- M-F eastern business hours required
- Hybrid flexible working model required (must be flexible for business needs)
- Remote working days require stable, secure, quiet, HIPAA compliant working station
