About Us
For roughly 500,000 years, humans have been burning stuff to heat our homes, burning stuff to light our homes, and burning stuff to power our machines. It’s 2024, people. Let’s change that.
Right now, homes account for roughly 20% of the world’s carbon emissions. Here at Elephant Energy, we know that there is a better way, so we are building a one-stop shop that makes it easy to upgrade to a climate-friendly home. We enable homeowners to confidently make the switch to modern, electric technologies and get their homes off of fossil fuels – all at once, or over time.
Our History
Founded in 2021 by DR and Josh with the goal to accelerate the end of fossil fuel use, our first installation was in Boulder, Colorado in December 2021 and in three short years, we have successfully :
- Launched a second market in Boston, Massachusetts, in summer 2023.
- Installed >
1,000 heat pumps in >
500 unique homes, receiving amazing Google reviews along the way.
Cohort Model
To meet the growing demand for comfortable, energy-efficient homes, we are expanding our Home Comfort Advisor (HCA) teams in both Denver and Boston. To support this growth, we intend to hire biannually, onboarding new HCAs in cohorts to ensure a collaborative and supportive start.
Our next cohort is set to begin on February 15, 2025, and we anticipate hiring 2 candidates for this group. A subsequent cohort is planned for June 2025. If you’re interested in joining a dynamic team committed to delivering home comfort and electrification projects, we encourage you to apply today. We intend to close the application window on or before January 17, 2024.
Location : These positions require in-person work in Boston, MA. We are a hybrid company with Herdquarters in Broomfield, CO and get together as a team semi-annually in Colorado.
