Job Description:

Salary: $15 an hour

Hours: 5 per week

General Duties:

• Coordinate, manage and distribute supplies with and for Saturday Studios student teachers.
  • Communicating with Pre-Practicum Student Teachers and the Saturday Studios administrative team to compile weekly supply lists.
  • Distribution of supplies each Saturday morning beginning at 7:30AM
• Communication with Program Administration and Student Teachers
  • Keep a working inventory of the supplies.
  • Manage supply needs by tracking inventory and coordinating with the Youth Programs Director to order additional supplies
• Maintenance and organization of the Youth Programs supply closet known as The Dugout

Requirements:

Skills Required for the Position:

Applicants should be organized, patient, attentive to detail, interested in art education, and in working with younger students (grades 3-12) and their parents/guardians. We look for strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and some computer literacy with the Google suite of apps (sheets and slides).
