The Early College program at Drury High School is designed to introduce a college-going identity to North Adams Public Schools students, beginning in grade 7, by building academic, vocational, and self-advocacy skills so they will have the content mastery and self-confidence to be successful in college and beyond. This position would support Early College students in their academic and personal growth by providing study skill support at Drury High School, providing support to Drury students taking on-campus classes, and developing resources for Early College students on the transition to college life.
Job Requirements:
Completed two semesters of college at MCLA
Must be in good academic standing
Have strong communication skills
Be open to sharing their experiences about both your journey to college and your time at MCLA
Be a team player on group collaborations
Be interviewed by a staff member
Model themselves as continuous learners and leaders among peers and within the campus community
Additional Information:
This position is only open to current MCLA students who have been awarded federal work study.
