ASSISTANT DIRECTOR MEMBER SERVICES AND OPERATIONS AW, Dean for Student Life, to assume functional responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Alumni Pool and Wang Fitness Center including but not limited to managing front line staff, membership and pass sales, program registration, pool operations, and facility repair and maintenance management; manage all membership transfers, upgrades, downgrades, cancelations, and refunds for Member Services; be responsible for outstanding debt collection and financial reporting; and provide management assistance to the Aquatic and Fitness teams at A/W in regard to part-time staffing, rentals, programs, and special events.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED : High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of three years of customer service experience; solid attention to detail, organized, and ability to deliver quality customer service; ability to multi-task as well as work quickly and accurately; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective business relationships; computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; and American Red Cross certified Lifeguard or ability to obtain certification within 60 days. PREFERRED : Bachelor’s degree in recreation, hospitality, business, or a similar field. Job #24823-6
Schedule: Monday-Friday,10-6 onsite with one day remote per week.
Pay: $70,000-$79,000, depending on relevant experience.
