- Oversee the daily operations of a regimented residence hall, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all residents
- Collaborate with other members of the Student Services team to develop and implement programs and initiatives that support the well-being and success of our cadets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to collaborate with a range of individuals, including professional staff, non-professional staff, and students
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
- Master's degree in student personnel, higher education, counseling, or a related field preferred
