We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Insurance Operations to lead the operational transformation within our growing organization. This senior-level role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing robust processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to accelerate our growth and solidify our market position. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in optimizing business operations within the insurance sector. Responsibilitie
- s:Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive framework for tracking, monitoring, and driving key business, sales, and operational metrics across the organization to ensure achievement of growth objective

- g.Continuously evaluate existing business processes and implement optimizations, supported by technology and tooling configurations, to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness throughout the organizatio
- n.Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, staying abreast of changes that may impact the busines
- s.Collaborate with finance teams to develop, manage, and oversee departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and maintaining financial discipline across the organizatio
- n.Lead the identification, adoption, and integration of new technologies or tooling functionalities, working with carriers and third-parties as needed, to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-makin
- g.Assess tool utilization and gather employee feedback to identify training needs, developing targeted programs that enhance operational efficiency and upskill the workforc
- e.Support the President to oversee and develop the PI team, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to ensure a high level of operational excellenc
- e.Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreement
- s.Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure operational alignment across PI, MMS, and other group organization
