Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
• Drive sales of spa memberships and retail products featured in our boutique.
• Implement effective sales strategies to promote services and achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage supplies for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Administer administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and customer follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff in a professional manner.
• Basic math skills for handling financial transactions and reporting.
