As an Assistant Spa Manager at Massage Envy Indian Trail, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional wellness services. Located in a supportive and empowering environment, you will be responsible for assisting Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that every guest receives the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the spa team to deliver outstanding service and achieve business goals.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and staff performance.
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase membership.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the wellness or retail industry.
- Proven sales skills
- Strong skills in interviewing, recruiting, and team management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Effective communication skills to engage with both staff and clients.
- Experience in inventory management is preferred but not required.
Pay information included is for base pay bonus.
