Massage Envy Tenleytown is looking for a friendly and dedicated Assistant Spa Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our spa family, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our spa while creating an exceptional experience for our clients.
As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Business Manager to achieve the following:
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

Commission Structure:
Monthly commission:
- 1-4 memberships: $5 per membership
- 5-11 memberships: $10 per membership
- 12-19 memberships: $20 per membership
- 20 memberships: $30 per membership
Additional bi-weekly commission:
- Sell 5 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked
- Sell 10 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
