Duties

- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Perform product demonstrations to educate customers about new items and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
- Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
