Responsibilities and Duties
In this position you are responsible for producing consistent monthly sales by enrolling guests into our massage wellness programs. This role entails delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, therapeutic massage environment. Must be able to communicate confidently and help guests understand the benefits of massage therapeutic services.
Duties include:
- Manage the customer experience from beginning to end
- Must like to sell and enjoy selling to the public
- Provide excellent service to members/guests
- Maintain high standards for customer service
- Answer phone calls, make appointments, greet members/guests
- Sell memberships & retail products
- Ability to exceed performance goals
- Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance, reminder calls to guests/members
- Perform data entry for a variety of tasks specifically guest records
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk and common areas
Qualifications:
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year sales/guest service experience
- Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems
- Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- Passion for communicating and providing exceptional service on a consistent basis
- MUST be available to work varied hours including afternoon, evening & weekends

***We are looking for those individuals who have proven sales experience and have a proven success record in signing up memberships. Qualified candidates must be comfortable in working with a sales quota and have a demonstrated success rate. Spa and Membership Sales experience a plus.
