Job Description
This position will be responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs to resort timeshare and hotel units which includes painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, etc. or replacement at a skilled level while maintaining a safe environment. Ability to use basic hand tools. Able to work in a team or independently. Maintenance experience with resort or hotel preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
- Good communications skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to complete task in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to make decisions and self-started
- Completes daily reports/daily work logs
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Perform preventive maintenance and report any new issues that need attention to supervisor

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 5 days’ work, one weekend day required
