What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Sales Rep position at Massanutten Resort?
We are hiring experienced sales professionals at Massanutten Resort. The In-House Sales Representatives are responsible for selling vacation ownership to existing owners.
Responsibilities:
90%
- Perform uninterrupted tours with prospective and existing owners (up to 3 tours per day)
- Thoroughly explain the advantages of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities
- Safely transport customers around the resort to models and amenities, which may or may not include eating with guests.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns during the transaction process.
- Survey potential gusts regarding their travel abilities, habits, and desires.
- Meet and maintain monthly, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
10%
- Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay up-to-date on latest developments along with pre-tour preparation
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Performs other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Equitable work experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to compute basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
- Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with a diverse workgroup to negotiate win-win solutions.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on positive attitudes
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation w/ automobile insurance as required by State law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 year's experience in sales and/or negotiation
- Previous experience in timeshare sales
