Job Summary
Responsible for delivering prepared food to guests in a timely and friendly manner, inspecting correct modifications and specifications of order are fulfilled, assisting with light kitchen preparations, and maintaining an orderly and sanitary service area. Will also answer guest questions and provide information about the resort and surrounding areas and complete other duties assigned by management. Must uphold company safety and sanitation policies.
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical ability to maneuver dining room with heavy trays of dishes and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 16
Preferred
Previous restaurant experience

Days:
Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hours:
Varied hours depending on hours of operations and business demands
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared dishes to correct tables/guests with correct modifications and sauces requested by guests
- Assist with answering questions and fulfilling requests from guests
- Maintain an organized and sanitary work station including keeping condiments stocked for distributions with prepared dishes
- Assist with light kitchen duties including emptying trashcans, retrieving dirty dishes from dining room, and condiment sauce preparation
- Other duties as assigned by management
