Job Summary
Massanutten Resort is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Mountain Sports Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, customer service, and administrative support within a dynamic, year-round resort environment. The intern will assist in promoting and supporting Mountain Bike, Golf, and Ski Area Operations, working closely with various departments to enhance guest experiences and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, computer proficiency, and a strong understanding of ski area and resort operations. Must be able to work independently and within a group setting; candidates with ski, snowboard, and/or bike experience are preferred.

- Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of special events at the ski resort
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted across various platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to resort guests, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Engage with resort industry professionals and resources to gather valuable information on ski industry best practices through informal conversations
- Contribute to the development of e-commerce product offerings, enhancing the online experience for customers
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and sales through online channels
