Job Summary
WaterPark Guest Services Cabana Supervisors are tasked with overseeing cabana services at Massanutten WaterPark and ensuring that guests have everything they need to create memorable experiences. They are responsible for training, supervising, counseling and discipling staff to ensure cabana operations are efficient and guest-focused. Daily tasks include organizing and conducting pre-shift and opening/closing checks and directing cabana agents in their work assignments. Must ensure that department operations are compliant with sanitation and safety standards for guest and cabana agents. Prior experience in working with the public is preferred and must have excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities
- Assign duties to cabana staff and oversee their completion
- Supervise guest experience to ensure excellent customer service is provided by the cabana staff while ensuring all park policies and procedures are being followed by all cabana staff
- Identify concerns and work with WaterPark Guest Services Assistant Manager to resolve concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Other duties as assigned by management
