Job Summary
The WaterPark Services Manager position is responsible for overseeing daily Arcade operations and Marketing for the WaterPark. Oversee the Division’s Onboarding Specialist, help with the onboarding process, and make sure that Arcade staff is up to date on training. Also responsible for supervision of the staff at Diamond Jim’s Arcade and tracking inventory and sales of all three arcades at Massanutten. The Services Manager is also part of the MOD team for the WaterPark. The Services manager will be responsible to learn the Guest Services side of the house to include the POS system.
Required

Ability to communicate with guests and staff of all ages
Must be at least 21
Preferred
Previous supervisory or management experience and/or strong leadership skills

Varies, including weekends. Holidays are required as needed.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Guest Services assistant manager to create marketing plans to market the WaterPark
- Operate as a WaterPark MOD maintaining a working knowledge of Admissions, Aquatics, Arcade, Maintenance, and Retail operations
- Manage the Division’s Onboarding Specialist and establish universal Division milestones and recognition programs to drive employee satisfaction
- Manage the Division’s Arcade Games throughout property located at Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club, Perfect Break, Diamond Jim’s Arcade, and Woodstone Recreation
- Create, maintain and adjust policies and procedures. Maintain properly working redemption and video games and inventory of prizes, parts, and supplies
- Create, maintain, and update general customer service trainings and schedule
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Represent the WaterPark on an AOFI committee
