Job Summary
The WaterPark Guest Services is a team-oriented customer service environment and the Assistant Manager’s role is to facilitate smooth and efficient operations. Position requires excellent communication and time management skills and a flexible schedule. Responsible for assisting the WaterPark Guest Services Manager with all aspects of Guest Services management at the WaterPark focused on admissions and marketing. Admission operations includes coordination of cabana rental program and Light Up the Park. Marketing includes campaigns that aim to promote the park. Will also assist with staff management by interviewing, hiring, and training. Responsible for MOD shift per week as assigned by the WaterPark Operations Manager. This position will also work with groups and be the group liaison for the resort groups team.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage Cabana Services staff and operations, including but not limited to, hiring and training of staff, ordering product, marketing, bookings, communications with patrons, and service
- Manage Light Up the Park staff and operations, including but not limited to, hiring and training of staff, ordering product, marketing, bookings, communications with patrons and service
- Schedule Guest Services Front Line and Cabana staffs while staying within specified labor budget
- Work one MOD shift per week assigned by the WaterPark Operations Manager
- Market the WaterPark to increase revenue
- Proof marketing pieces and keep the Waterpark’s portion of the website up to date
- Book groups for the WaterPark and be the group liaison for the resort groups team
- Other duties as assigned by management
