Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Digital Dining POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen sanitation as needed.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold all health and safety standards within the restaurant.
- Able to serve large parties and special events
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in the kitchen environment is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
