Position Summary: Retirement Planning firm in Warwick, RI is seeking a full-time Client Servicing Specialist. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented and skilled with technology. Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the Team by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the client servicing department. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationship and compliance support.
Summary of tasks:
· Assisting with and tracking of client onboarding and account openings.
· Scrubbing/processing new client paperwork
· Assist with tracking of all transfers and pending business
· Perform account maintenance requests such as address and phone changes and document updates.
· Assist lead advisors with appointment preparation and support as needed.
· Work with clients/advisors on NIGO’s or issues that may arise
· Maintain and organize a compliant and efficient filing system.
· Work with multiple technology platforms with a high level of accuracy.
· Receive incoming client calls in a friendly manner.
· Work with outside product providers to follow up on items in process, resolve problems, and research various issues.
· Consult with clients regarding the technology tools and resources available to them.
· Always maintain compliance guidelines.
· Work independently and proactively
· Assist team with administrative tasks, as needed
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned

· Insurance Life, Accident & Health Licensing a plus.
