atmosphere! The Sales & Events Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving
revenue growth and brand awareness for Hammar?s Studios. This role combines sales
management, marketing strategy, and community engagement to achieve annual revenue
targets through effective CRM management, booking parties and events, proactive community
outreach, and successful local fund raising initiatives.
Responsibilities : Sales Management
- Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to achieve enrollment and annual
revenue targets.
Drives a high level of Customer service & engagement at the Studio storefront levelIdentify and cultivate new clients and community partnerships.Manage and grow the Company's CRM database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateclient information.
Operates the booking process for parties and events, ensuring smooth operations andhigh client satisfaction.
Create proposals, negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans incorporating various strategiesdigital, print, social media, community engagement) to promote awareness and attract
new clients.
Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content,and social media posts.
Maintain and grow the company's online presence and brand image.Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies forimprovement.
Evaluate marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and make adjustments asneeded.
Community Outreach & CRM
Is the director of first impressions at the Studio storefront; engaging with clients andproviding superior customer service.
Follow up with event execution to ensure Customer satisfaction.Identify and cultivate community partnerships to facilitate event sponsorships andfund raising activities.
Coordinate and execute local fund raising events to generate revenue and enhancebrand visibility within the community.
Develop and implement effective community outreach strategies to increaseengagement and support.
Build and nurture relationships with local influencers and key opinion leaders to amplifybrand message.
Operations & Administration
Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposals and client contracts.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and marketingcampaigns.
Prepare reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and key metrics to management.Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.Qualifications :
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a community-focusedenvironment.
Experience with marketing materials development (brochures, websites, etc.).Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing strategies.Strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing methodologies, and fund raisingstrategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5 years of experience in sales management, marketing, and / or a related field, ideallywithin the creative or visual arts sector.
Skills :
