Bus Assembler

In this hands-on role, you'll assemble and install copper bus and other conductive materials into enclosures, following precise engineering drawings and instructions. Your expertise in assembly techniques and your commitment to excellence will contribute to reducing costs while ensuring top-notch quality.

What You'll Bring:

• 5 years of experience assembling copper bus or similar materials into electrical control equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge of production processes, quality control, and effective manufacturing techniques
• Proficiency with tools like screwdrivers, ratchets, crimpers, wire cutters, and more
• Active listening, strong communication (verbal and written), and time management skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent manual dexterity, control precision, and arm-hand steadiness
• Familiarity with design techniques, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Math skills and multi-limb coordination
