Training Pay: $18 per hour, starting on November 4th

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to safely climb ladders (total weight with tools not exceeding 375 lbs).
- Able to lift 60-80 lbs and work on ladders up to 36 feet high.
- Willing to work in different environments, including those without heating or air conditioning.
- Physically capable of kneeling, crawling, and bending as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Willing to travel to Chesapeake, VA for training (eligible for hotel and expense coverage).
