Our Fiber Technicians are responsible for installing high-speed cable TV, internet, and phone services for residential (and occasionally commercial) customers in the area. What will you do as a Fiber Technician?
You’ll be involved in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic broadband systems. Your duties will include setting up, repairing, splicing, and integrating both new and existing systems.
Core responsibilities:
- Install, splice, repair, and terminate fiber-optic cables and connectors in indoor and outdoor settings.
- Maintain thorough documentation of installations, repairs, and equipment used, and provide accurate reports of work completed.
- Demonstrate personal integrity, initiative, flexibility, and responsibility in your work.
- Provide the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Pay: $22 - $24 per hour
What we need from you:
- Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and driving record check
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
