Position Details:

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive a company-provided van to customers’ homes to install fiber optic for high-speed internet, cable, and phone services
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during setup.
- Deliver top-notch customer service throughout every installation.

What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable climbing ladders and meeting manufacturer safety requirements (weight limit: 375 lbs including tools/equipment).
- Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and climb 28-36 ft ladders.
- Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environments, both indoors and outdoors.
- Comfortable kneeling, crawling, bending, and working in various physical positions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
- Flexible schedule – Includes weekends and evenings.
- Willing to travel to Charlotte NC for training.
