What You'll Do
- Drive to customer locations in a company vehicle to install satellite systems.
- Identify and resolve technical installation issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure each customer has a positive experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to safely climb ladders (combined weight with tools not exceeding 375 lbs).
- Capable of lifting 60–80 lbs and working on ladders up to 36 feet high.
- Willing to work in indoor and outdoor environments, regardless of weather.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including kneeling, bending, and crawling.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Willing to travel to Port Allen LA for paid training. (Hotel Accommodations covered)
