Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our team, you will run production equipment, move materials, perform quality checks, and support daily manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and maintain high product quality.
- Perform tests and inspections to ensure product quality.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and breakdowns.
- Operate mobile equipment to move wallboard and raw materials.
- Maintain inventories of raw materials, finished goods, and scrap.
- Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes and continuously improve operational performance.
- Foster a positive work environment, including coaching and training team members.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards.
Qualifications:
- MUST have Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with little to no supervision.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
