Key Responsibilities
- Document management: Upload job attachments, design, as-builts, permits, and job-related documentation into Remedy and P2
- Issuance package reviews: Ensure packages include all necessary documentation and requirements
- Closing package preparation: Assist in preparing job closing packages
- Job tracking and risk management: Maintain job tracking and communicate any risks or issues affecting jobs
- Daily huddles: Lead daily huddles to review current pipelines of jobs
- Training and coaching: Assist in training and coaching of level 1 and 2 Construction Support Specialists
- Client meetings: Co-conduct client meetings with Coordinators and Supervisors to review job statuses
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
- You have a knack for evaluating job documentation for accuracy
- Prior experience in cable TV administration is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is required
