Responsibilities
As a Sr. Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the Project Management team in directing in-house crews and subcontractors. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.
| The Senior Project Manager provides oversight of project management team for wireless construction projects across the Washington DC-Baltimore Turf market. Will be responsible for utilizing project management methodology to manage, monitor, and support WABA market project management team, while being accountable for all aspects of program success. This position provides direct support to the planning and execution of the program including resolving issues, managing resources, coordinating internal cross-functional teams, interfacing with client representatives, overseeing program financials, and program deadlines. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for managing third party relationships and overall market performance. |
In addition, you will:
- Manage all Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and others to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
- Oversee all production revenue and costs.
- Report and communicate to external customers and internal management each day.
- Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.
- Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.
- Send crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completed.
- Bid and bill each project once complete.
- Approve time sheets and daily logs.
- Ensure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the project.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications

- You have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Have 5 years of construction project experience.
- Have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You have intermediate experience in schedule management.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Have precise hand-eye coordination.
- You have clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships.
- You have the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
- You have the ability to read blueprints accurately.
- You have the ability to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Have safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field of study.
- You have 10 or more years of construction project experience.
- You have 3 or more years of supervisory experience.
- You have professional Engineer (P.E.) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
- You have a fundamental knowledge of Primavera P6.
- You have an OSHA 10 Certification.
