We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in the San Francisco/Bay area.
Summary:
The Project Coordinator facilitates support activities for projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division and assists the Project Manager in managing onsite resources and logistics. The Project Coordinator will fully understand major business components and implications.
Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator is actively engaged in the management of the overall project life-cycle and provides timely reporting and contract related documents to management and stakeholders.
The Project Coordinator will aid in ensuring that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. The ideal candidate will lead by example in an environment that fosters trust and candor, will maintain personal accountability, and will communicate assertively and constructively.
Other responsibilities include making recommendations regarding improvements to process enhancements.
Qualifications
- General office administration experience
- Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Exposure to construction or utility field office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Moderately complex problem-solving skills
Minimum Educational Background:
Some college, technical or advanced education
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:
5
Wage Range:
$19.90 - $29.86/hour
