We are currently seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator responsible for overseeing and coordinating all purchasing and logistics activities to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services for our company.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement process
- Source and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers
- Oversee the shipping and transportation of products to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage inventory system and implement new job-costing system
- Oversee administrative activities : phones, warehouse staff supervision, invoicing
- Utilize industry tools : Salesbinder, Quickbooks, Bill.com, Barcode for inventory
