This role requires excellent listening and processing skills to understand design requests and explain technical factors to non-technical coworkers in clear terms. The ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, supervisors, financial experts, and project team members is essential. Liaising with customers, subcontractors, engineers, project managers, and employees is also critical to success.
