Job Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for identifying the goods and services needed to complete projects. This position supports project management and field operations and while working with vendors, senior management, and personnel from all departments.
*** This position is in office and in field. *** MUST be willing to travel by company truck visiting the work sites in extreme weather (cold, snow, heat, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate count for Work Request numbers and material for multiple Work Requests
- Source materials using knowledge of current inventory levels for needed materials.
- Assist in the receipt of purchased materials and services.
- Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments.
- Build relationships with suppliers and manage their performance.
- Tracking orders/supply orders.
- Control of tooling, order of safety supplies
- Pulling permits.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Possess current and valid state Drivers License.
- Ability to maintain accurate mathematical count on materials.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
