Must need:

1. Commercial Pharma Experience

Developed and executed go-to-market strategies for pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with market needs and competitive landscape.

Conducted market access research to understand payer dynamics, patient affordability, and formulary placement strategies.

Sales & Marketing

Supported sales teams by analyzing performance metrics, forecasting demand, and optimizing territories.

Designed data-driven marketing campaigns targeting HCPs, patients, or other stakeholders to increase product adoption.

AND/OR

2. Digital/Omnichannel Experience

Omnichannel Strategy Development

Designed and executed omnichannel engagement strategies integrating email, social media, websites, apps, and in-person interactions.

Mapped customer journeys to ensure seamless experiences across touchpoints for HCPs and patients.

Technology Enablement

Implemented digital tools like Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.

Facilitated integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms for improved efficiency and data visibility.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, documenting requirements, and understanding data. Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources is essential. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
2. Analyze and interpret SQL queries to understand legacy ETL requirements
3. Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation.
4. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
5. Work closely with IT and business teams to implement data-driven solutions.
6. Understand and leverage commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources.
7. Create detailed reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
3. Proven experience with data warehousing and documenting requirements.
4. Strong understanding of data and basic knowledge of SQL.
5. Familiarity with commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Local to Bridgewater, NJ or King of Prussia, PA.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Advanced SQL skills.
3. Knowledge of data warehousing tools, including Snowflake.
