Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client Partner who will be part of our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our LHS sales team to lead our key customers in East Coast. The role will require working closely with leaders of our industry verticals, services lines and working with one of our largest customers to aggressively pursue the growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client needs, including software development, data analytics, cloud computing, application services and digital transformation. Main technologies include Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Analytics.
  • Developing and executing strategies to expand existing relationships.
  • Managing the overall client relationship, including ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and managing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Providing oversight for all services provided by Mastek to the client.
  • Providing thought leadership and industry expertise to clients, including staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in technology.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Managing the financial aspects of client relationships, including forecasting, budgeting, and managing margins.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and key players in the IT services industry.
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and other activities to build your personal brand and network within the technology sector.
  • Should be able to acquire new business from existing relationships.
  • Developing new business - driving business development and sales results in assigned region in the Healthcare Provider segment.
  • Orchestrating the end-to-end sales cycle from lead identification through close of sale
  • Building and managing a qualified and healthy Sales Pipeline and coverage
  • Demonstrate success in leveraging the partner ecosystem to develop new business.


Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in business development in the Healthcare Provider segment.
  • 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of healthcare selling experience.
  • Have Demonstrable experience of selling across Healthcare Industry and a successful track record of opening new logos, manage and grow existing customers.
  • Have a good understanding of how software/technology in transforming industries and how “Software 4.0” companies like Persistent can help clients shape their future.
  • Prior track record of achieving quarterly & annual booking and revenue targets.
  • Experience in positioning and selling solutions across the Healthcare Provider IT & Digital landscape.
  • Should be a big thinker and able to formulate solutions.
  • Experience working with the Provider segment for the last 3 years at the minimum.
  • Strong client and partner relationships in the Healthcare Provider segment.
  • Understanding of Healthcare trends and the business impact for Provider.
  • Consultative selling approach, ability to clearly communicate the business value.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies.
  • Understanding of new age technologies and relevant use cases in the Healthcare Provider space – Cloud, Mobility, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA etc.
  • Ability to team in a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong focus on Client Service excellence.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
