HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have top notch organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with coordination of candidate testing
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
• Perform various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Act as the central point of contact for employees while providing a warm a friendly environment
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Provide support to the HR team as needed

• Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
• 1-2 years in an HR support (preferred) or administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience processing new hires within an HRIS and familiarity with E-Verify preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience using HRIS systems (Paylocity experience preferred) a plus
