What are the responsibilities and job description for the Debt Collector / Loan Processor position at Master Finance?
In the role of Loan Processor/Debt Collector, you will be integral to managing customer accounts and facilitating loan processing while ensuring exceptional customer service You will assist the branch manager in the day-to-day operation of the office and will be responsible for the office when the manager is not in the office.
Here are just some of the duties:
- Taking and Processing small consumer loan applications
- Making collection calls to past due and delinquent customers
- Calling customers with money available in their account to refinance
- Taking payments from customers over the phone and in the office
- Processing loans
- Filing customer account related documents
- Assisting manager with verifying employment and residence
- Assisting manager with mail campaigns

Compensation: Starting pay is $11.00/Hour

Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm (30 minutes for lunch)
