- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Educate customers on recommended maintenance services based on vehicle manufacturer guidelines.
- Upsell additional services or products that align with customers' needs and vehicle requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle information.
