Are you a great communicator with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. No prior experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Provide accurate service recommendations based on customer needs.
- Communicate effectively between customers and service technicians.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and keep customers informed on their vehicle status.
- Promote additional services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
