Responsibilities
- Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Conduct two open houses every month
- Convert prospects and leads into scheduled appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions
- Actively participate in team events
- Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Guide buyers, obtain agreements, and locate suitable homes
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers
- Employ PLACE Technology to monitor activities and manage client information
- Driven sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Adept at establishing connections and finding solutions
- Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
- Talented at handling objections with ease
- Effective communicator committed to exceptional service
- Collaborative team player
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Focused on growth and enthusiastic about learning
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Previous industry experience is advantageous
