Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems.
- Guide buyers, secure agreements, and help find homes.
- Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
- Use PLACE Technology to track tasks.
- Host two open houses monthly.
- Turn prospecting into scheduled appointments.
- Join weekly script practice per team standards.
- Participate in team activities as per guidelines.
- Schedule weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties.
- Show expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services.
- Self-motivated and competitive in sales
- Skilled in building rapport and meeting client needs
- Proficient in lead generation
- Expert at handling objections
- Strong communicator and service-oriented
- Team player
- Valid real estate license
- At least 3 years in real estate sales
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Eager to learn and grow
- Highly organized
- Open to using scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
