We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer camp experience. this job will be for our after school program and summer camp
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities.
- Foster a positive camp atmosphere by encouraging teamwork, cooperation, and respect among campers.
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques to promote a supportive environment.
- Assist in the organization of special events or field trips as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all camp areas, ensuring equipment is safe and functional.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure all campers are aware of safety protocols.
