What We Are Looking For:
Master Companies is seeking a positive, solution-oriented individual to join our team as the primary Customer Service Representative, severing as the first point of customer contact on the phones. An ideal candidate will efficiently handle calls with a "can-help" attitude, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining company expectations for phone coverage. This position is for the closing shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm. Training will be 8am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly(by 2nd ring) and provide accurate information about plumbing and pumping services.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for service technicians, considering availability, skill sets, and customer needs.
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and provide effective solutions to their problems.
- Monitor and maintain the inbox for incoming work orders.
- Assist teammates with tasks as assigned to support the team.
- Differentiate between job types through training retention and ongoing learning
- Perform opening/closing tasks as required
- Occasionally provide night and weekend coverage (Rare and typically on a volunteer basis)

Pay:
$18-$19/per hour
· Create a positive experience for customers calling to inquire about services and schedule an appointment with our professional team. Build value, show empathy, listen, and schedule the customer with efficiency and trust. This is the key responsibility for this position.
· Schedule and dispatch a team of technicians and be available to answer questions and concerns of the technicians regarding pricing and scheduling.
· Perform office tasks including invoicing, deposits, collections, record-keeping, and timekeeping as needed and assigned by the supervisor. Must be proficient with outlook, word and excel.
· Work in cooperation with other departments in the company.
· Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time.
Job Requirements
· Call center, customer support, dispatching or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
· Detail oriented, organized self-starter with a positive attitude.
· Ability to adhere to deadlines.
· Possess a strong sense of professionalism.
· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
· Hard-working team player dedicated to exceptional customer service.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to work independently, including the ability to read, understand and complete scopes of work with limited supervision.
· Provide excellent communication skills.
