Job Summary : The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of an automotive service department. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the service department by managing a team of technicians, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the repair and maintenance of vehicles. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues, providing estimates for repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner. The auto Service Manager also plays a pivotal role in maintaining inventory levels, ordering necessary parts and supplies, and ensuring that the service department operates within budgetary constraints. Overall, their main objective is to ensure that the service department runs efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality service to customers.
