As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams while ensuring our customers have a seamless journey with Chilly GOAT products. From the first interaction to post-delivery follow-ups, your role will be to provide top-notch service, gather customer feedback, and engage with our brand community across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for new customers and assist with incoming orders.
- Coordinate with Dealer Support to confirm and verify shipping details.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and ensure a smooth product setup.
- Schedule customer satisfaction check-ins to gather feedback and reviews.
- Actively engage with customers via online reviews and social media comments.
- Document all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
- Assist in resolving product-related issues and warranty claim cases.
