Responsibilities
- Do what's right, at all times and without exception
- Maintain a clean, vibrant and inviting showroom environment, ensuring adequate staffing at all times
- Respond to walk-in customers, incoming phone calls, and web inquiries in a professional manner
- Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our sunroom, shade, and furniture products
- Implement corporate marketing, customer service, and sales strategies, born from a collaborative approach
- Be a true team player, with a willingness and drive to contribute cross-functionally when needed
- Be a Steward of the W. A. Zimmer Company "Experience" (ensuring that customers' expectations are exceeded from the point of initial contact)
- Be a student of the industry, keeping an active pulse on product evolution, continuous improvement opportunities, and the competitive landscape
- Uphold the W. A. Zimmer Co. reputation, and maintain a professional image at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.) when requested
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience working with customers in a retail sales, inside sales, or showroom setting
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills with demonstrated win/win outcomes
- Commitment to helping meet sales targets and maximizing profitability
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- Performance focused, while refusing to compromise cultural standards
