We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will assist with all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Recruit and interview candidates to find top talent.
✔ Conduct background checks and employment verifications.
✔ Lead new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
✔ Manage HR programs including benefits, leave, performance management, and training.
✔ Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
✔ Assist with disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
✔ Track and maintain compliance with employment laws and training requirements.
✔ Stay up to date with HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
✔ Perform general administrative HR tasks as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Burmese (if position is listed as bilingual)
