Job Description:
We are seeking a candidate who has hands-on experience drawing pool plans and handling permits with municipalities. You’ll play a key role in the permitting and design phase of our projects—ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and smooth communication with local jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pool plans using CAD or similar software.
- Submit and track permits with various municipalities.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and city officials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation for each permit and plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the swimming pool industry.
- Proficiency in drawing pool plans (CAD preferred).
- Strong understanding of permit processes and local municipality requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work full-time, on-site at our Coral Springs office.
